Last June 19, the Philippines and some countries celebrated the 150th birth anniversary of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.  I bet many of us have already forgotten who Rizal was except for the fact that he is the National Hero and that he wrote Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo.
